Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM-FNS)

As a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Gaz will customize a nutrition plan that will enhance your nutrition goals. You will learn planning, prepping and timing of healthy food choices and how to balance, measure and maintain micro and macro nutrients for optimal results. Gaz will use his credential to help you successfully combine healthy nutrition into your fitness and nutrition goals.

Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT)

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Gaz will use an individualized approach of research-based techniques to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals.

Whether you are an athlete or someone who has just been cleared by your doctor to start an exercise program, Gaz is trained to adjust to your individual starting point of fitness.

Corrective Exercise Specialist  (NASM-CES)

As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Gaz is trained to detect instability you may have in certain body parts or movements.

This muscular dysfunction will often result in another area of the body overcompensating for the weaker area.  The overcompensating muscles end up working harder and this can often lead to nagging injury or pain.  Have you ever told yourself, “I can’t do this exercise because it hurts my knees”?  Well there is a good chance that your knees hurt during certain movements because of some muscular instability, poor form and overcompensation.

By isolating these instabilities, Gaz can build a program for you that strengthens the weaker muscles, corrects your form and teaches you to recognize and engage the targeted muscles for any movement.  By using all of your muscles correctly during exercise, you not only improve your overall strength. You also improve your balance and flexibility for better movement during your daily activities.

Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES)

The Performance Enhancement Specialist is geared towards helping athletes achieve maximum performance levels while preventing injuries. Gaz has studied the same techniques used by many professional sports teams to build stronger, faster athletes.

If you have high expectations for your personal sports achievement, Gaz can help you meet those goals.

Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist (NASM-MMACS)

Mixed Martial Arts athletes must achieve a high level of overall conditioning to perform in the sport.  Gaz can put you through the paces of the same rigorous training used by the best MMA fighters.

Regardless of your skill level, MMA can enhance your exercise program and bring your conditioning to another level.

Senior Fitness Specialist (NASM-SFS)

As a Senior Fitness Specialist, Gaz can perform individualized assessments and design safe, scientifically based exercise programs for older adults and those with chronic health conditions or physical limitations.
